File format: PNG with a transparent background. Do not use JPG — it adds a white background that will print.

Resolution: 300 DPI minimum. This is non-negotiable for clean, sharp prints. Files below 300 DPI will print blurry, and we are not able to reprint for low-resolution artwork.

Color profile: Save your files in sRGB for the most accurate color output. Colors may vary slightly between your monitor and the final print — this is normal across all DTF printing.

Spacing: Leave at least 0.25 inches between designs so individual transfers can be trimmed cleanly.

Minimum element size: Avoid design details smaller than 0.5mm — fine lines and tiny text can get lost in the transfer process.

Do not mirror your artwork. Submit your designs exactly as they should appear when pressed.

Canva users: Export your file as a PNG with transparent background. Set your canvas to 300 DPI before you design, not after.
